Should be a anime related graphics site and your graphics must have a minimum of great quality. I don't want to affiliate with sites that don't care about the quality and only focus on quantity. That also means uber light layouts that make me go blind.

No roms, hackers, emulators, etc. However, Mp3 rotations are allowed.

Don't be dead or inactive. For example, do not neglect your site for 1 month or more. Unless, you notify me ahead of time. If you don't update, don't tell me, I will drop your affiliation to the normal rank or just link exchange.
