There are many tips on how to jump higher but this is quite dangerous because the individual style of the player affects his playing– more than anything. First off, the body structure influences how a person expresses his strength. Whether heâ??s one-legged or two-legged is based on a personâ??s preference, and his natural body composition is the determinant of this. There are long-limbed and short-limbed players. Long-limbed people can express their strength more successfully in the playing field while short-limbed people express their strength more in the weight room. Aside from this, the weight of the person is highly important because any excess weight hinders a person from jumping higher. Itâ??s the law of gravity. The heavier the object, the more resistance it will receive. Do not condone crash diets. Crash diets will let the body resist the release of fat more because starving it will let it go on security mode where itâ??s storing some fat to burn for the long days ahead. It can never be stressed enough that healthy diet and exercise is the way to go, whatever training one is undergoing.
